1. Software Products & Subscriptions
- All software products, licenses, and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
- Refunds will not be provided for partially used subscription periods.
- Customers are encouraged to request a demo before purchasing.
2. Implementation & Development Services
- Payments made for implementation, customization, or development services are non-refundable once the work has started.
- If the project has not yet started, refund requests may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
3. Hardware Products
- Hardware products are eligible for replacement only in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged delivery
- Refunds are not applicable for hardware once delivered and accepted.
- Warranty, if applicable, will be handled by the manufacturer.
4. Duplicate Payments
- If a duplicate payment is made due to technical error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks/payment gateways.
