1. Software Products & Subscriptions

  • Orders for software licenses and subscriptions can be cancelled before activation only.
  • Once the software license, subscription, or mobile application is activated, cancellation is not allowed.
  • No cancellation is applicable for partially used subscription periods.

2. Implementation & Development Services

  • Customers may request cancellation before the project work has started.
  • Once development, customization, or implementation has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Any advance paid for booked development slots may be non-cancellable.

3. Hardware Products

  • Hardware orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the product is shipped or delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Replacement may be provided only for defective or damaged items.

4. Service Bookings

  • AMC, support services, hosting services, and maintenance services can be cancelled before service activation.
  • After activation, cancellation is not applicable.
